30FT WIDE AND ABOVE.WE DO NOT SET UP TENTS OVER OTHER RENTAL COMPANY’S ITEMS (TABLES, CHAIRS, ETC.) FOR LIABILITY REASONS.
THERE IS A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT REQUIRED TO SECURE A TENT RESERVATION.

We offer many different sizes of FRAME tents. Below you will find a “capacity chart” and a few suggestions of layouts based on the number of people you expect to have at your event. Please feel free to contact our Event Specialist if you have any questions or to get a free quote.

$500 MINIMUM ORDER FOR LOCAL DELIVERIES
We only provide white or clear canopy’s. Miminum size of a clear canopy is 40x60 and those are only available for use in the cooler months or after dark. Other restrictions may apply.
Set up: Tents will be set up a minimum of 1 day before the event date. The larger sized tents require more time to put up so we may require 2-3 days ahead to set up. We do NOT do same day set up and strike for tents larger than 20’ wide.

Clear Canopy (min size 40x60)
There is no additional charge for tents set up on grass using stakes*. If Tents are set up on pavement or gravel and require weights - charges will be applied for the number of weights required based on the size of tent ordered. Weight pricing is below.
*Our stakes are 4ft in lenght. It is up to the customer to check for underground utility or sprinkler lines.

There is a $200 Fire Permit Fee on all tents delivered to public venues in Davidson County; the fee is good for any number of tents for that day. This includes the necessary inspection by the Fire Marshall. See Policies page for more details!
